We Reach Out Within 2 Hours
A dedicated travel planner will contact you via WhatsApp (and email) within 2 business hours to confirm details and ask any clarifying questions.

Itinerary Prepared (24–48 Hours)
We research and build a day-by-day itinerary with verified hotel rates, transport options, activity inclusions, and a realistic cost breakdown — specific to your group and budget.

Review & Refine
You review the itinerary and we make adjustments — swap hotels, add/remove destinations, or modify the budget. Revisions are included at no extra charge.

Confirm & Lock Bookings
Once you're happy with the plan, we proceed to confirm hotel reservations, transfers, activities, and any flight/train bookings on your behalf.

Pre-Departure Pack
3–5 days before departure, we send your complete travel folder: confirmed vouchers, hotel addresses, emergency contacts, local tips, and a day-by-day summary. You travel stress-free.

We deliver a complete, personalised itinerary within 24–48 hours of your enquiry. For complex multi-destination trips or group travel above 10 people, it may take up to 72 hours. We'll always tell you upfront.
The initial itinerary consultation and planning quote is completely free. Our planning fee (starting from ₹999/person) is only charged after you review the itinerary and decide to proceed with us. No commitment required for a quote.
Absolutely — and we encourage it. Unlimited revisions are included in the planning process. You can swap hotels, change destinations, adjust the pace, add or remove activities, or change your travel dates. We keep revising until the plan feels right to you.
Every trip plan includes: day-by-day itinerary with timings, verified hotel recommendations (with rates), transportation details (flights/trains/cabs), activity inclusions and entry costs, a realistic total cost breakdown, and a pre-departure travel folder. Flights and hotels are booked on your behalf if requested.
Yes. We plan international trips from India to destinations including Thailand, Bali, Dubai, Japan, Switzerland, and Europe. We provide full visa guidance — documentation checklist, application process, expected timelines — for every destination we cover. Visa applications are handled by you but we guide every step.
Cancellation policy varies by hotel and activity. We always disclose cancellation terms before any booking is confirmed. Our planning fee is non-refundable once bookings are confirmed. For cancellations before bookings, there is no charge from our side — hotel and vendor cancellation policies apply. We'll clearly explain the refund implications for every booking we make.
We accept bank transfers (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS), UPI payments, and cheques. Payment is typically split: 25% advance to confirm bookings, remaining 75% 7 days before travel. For international trips, the advance may be higher due to vendor requirements. All payment instructions are sent after itinerary approval.
Every confirmed booking includes 24/7 WhatsApp support during your travel. You'll have direct access to your dedicated planner's number for any on-trip issues — missed connections, hotel problems, itinerary changes, or local emergencies. We also provide an emergency contact list for every destination.
