• Planning communications are primarily conducted and stored on WhatsApp Business and standard email infrastructure
• Itinerary documents are stored in access-controlled cloud storage (Google Workspace or equivalent)
• No personal data is stored on this website's servers
• Passport or sensitive documents shared for booking purposes are deleted after the booking is confirmed, unless retention is required by law or explicitly requested by you

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We encourage you not to share sensitive financial information over WhatsApp or email unless necessary.
