2. Pricing Subject to Availability

Travel prices are inherently dynamic. Factors that can alter a quoted price include:

• Flight seat availability and fare class changes at the time of actual booking
• Hotel rate changes due to season, local events, or inventory levels
• Rail and inter-city transport fare revisions
• Changes in airline taxes, fuel surcharges, or government levies
• Supplier rate increases between the estimation and booking date
• Time elapsed between quote and booking confirmation

Final prices are confirmed only at the time of booking, after live rates are checked. My Trip Looker will communicate any material variation from the estimate before proceeding.

3. Visa Approval Not Guaranteed

My Trip Looker provides documentation guidance and visa timeline mapping as a planning service. This is an advisory function only.

• Visa requirements, fees, and processing times are subject to change without notice by foreign governments
• Embassy processing times are estimates only — backlogs, peak periods, and administrative delays are outside our control
• A rejected visa does not automatically entitle the traveller to a refund of travel costs already booked
• My Trip Looker is not a registered visa agent or immigration consultant. Our guidance is based on publicly available information and experience — it does not constitute legal advice.

We recommend initiating visa applications well in advance of any stated minimum processing window, and obtaining travel insurance that includes visa rejection cover where available.

4. Travel Subject to Local Regulations

Travel to any destination is subject to the laws, rules, and regulations of that destination — including entry requirements, health mandates, restricted zones, curfews, photography restrictions, and cultural conduct norms. These can change at short notice.

• My Trip Looker is not responsible for changes to entry requirements, health screenings, or quarantine mandates introduced after a booking is confirmed
• Travel advisories issued by the Government of India or foreign governments after booking are outside our control
• Travellers are individually responsible for complying with local laws at all destinations
• Certain domestic Indian destinations may require special permits (e.g., Inner Line Permits for Northeast India, Protected Area Permits for Andaman or Sikkim). My Trip Looker will advise where these are required; obtaining them is the traveller's responsibility.
• International travellers are responsible for maintaining health and vaccination records required by destination countries

We strongly recommend checking the official travel advisory of the Ministry of External Affairs (India) — mea.gov.in — and the destination country's official immigration portal before departure.

5. Currency Fluctuation

For international travel, costs quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) are based on exchange rates prevailing at the time of the estimate. Currency exchange rates fluctuate daily and can materially affect the final cost of flights, hotels, and on-ground services.

• Exchange rate movements between the estimate and booking date may increase or decrease the INR cost of foreign-currency services
• My Trip Looker does not hedge against currency risk on your behalf
• Final INR costs for international bookings are confirmed at the live exchange rate at the time of booking
• On-ground expenses (meals, local transport, tips, personal purchases) are entirely subject to exchange rates at the time of spending and are the traveller's responsibility
